E. Cooper's Boi:
Charles Cooper is an exceptionally talented artist that holds a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Fashion
Design and Illustration from Virginia Commonwealth University. He has won various art competitons such as Mattle's creating
a new "Barbie" design in conjuction with the very popular collectors magazinge "Whites Guide for Collecting Figures". He had
the great honor of recieving the silver cup for outstanding artist during a Black History month celebration. He has done
numerous fashion shows in the Washington D.C. area. He is a dedicated elementary school art teacher who enforces the importance
of art as a part of a childs education. He also has tought a college level fashion illustration class and a summer extended
education program at the Church of a Rising Savior in Baltimore city.
Charles' gold is to make Coopa Coopa! a household
name. Creating a boutique in the Baltimore/Washington metropolatian area.
